The SAE J1587 equivalent code for Flash Code 16 is p 111/3, coolant level circuit high (refer to "26.2 Troubleshooting Flash Code 16, PID 111/FMI 3"
), p 111/5 ACLS/AECL Sensor circuit high (refer to "26.3 Troubleshooting Flash Code 16, PID 111/FMI 5"
) and p 146/5. Flash Code 16 p146/5 indicates the ECM/ECU has detected too low a current measured from the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve, refer to "26.4 Troubleshooting Flash Code 13, PID 146/FMI 5"
